Mike Antalffy is a Principal at FAIC Group.   Prior to starting FAIC Group, Mike has held previous positions as Chief Information Officer, Director of Business Applications and IT Manager.  His responsibilities included directing all aspects of information technology & systems across the global enterprise.

Bryan Frazer is a Principal at FAIC Group.  Prior to starting FAIC Group, Bryan has had many years of experience with Software systems and Implementations.   He has held previous positions as Director of Business Applications, Director of Technical Services, Business Analyst and Support Technician.  His responsibilities included strategic planning, application integration, International deployments, consulting services, and resource development.

John offers customers over 25 years of manufacturing and senior management experience in both repetitive and engineer-to-order manufacturing environments. He has held numerous positions such as IT manager, Director of Operations, Materials Manager, Production Control Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Operations Manager which have given him a diverse background and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.

Kathy offers customers over 25 years of manufacturing and senior management experience in all areas of operations and finance. Her responsibilities include project management, analysis of current business process and assessing future state requirements. She is also responsible to provide process improvement and optimization recommendations, software application training with core team curriculum recommendations.
